Pain Self-Management Program
Terms and Conditions: Pain Self-Management Program
What does the program entail?
You attend two one-hour sessions in person and/or online twice weekly for six weeks. In total, 24 sessions are delivered by APHRA registered health professionals; five involve supervised exercise sessions, and the remainder involve pain education.
You will have online access to the program manual, exercise videos, and all 24 sessions for up to six weeks after the program. If you attend in person, you are also provided with exercise equipment, a printed version of the program manual, and supervision during the exercise sessions.
Over twelve months, you submit four online health questionnaires, which generate your customised Decoder reports. These reports are sent to your referring doctor at program completion and again at six months and twelve months after the program concludes.
You will be requested to provide intermittent feedback surveys to help us improve our service.
What do I gain from completing the program?
We empower you with evidence-based strategies to reduce your pain and improve the quality of your life. We also empower your doctor with the Decoder report so they better understand your concerns and unique pain challenges for the twelve months following program completion.
The RUBIX HEALTH Pain Self-Management Program does not provide individual medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All participants are advised to consult their doctor for personalised medical advice.
How much does the program cost?
The Programs recommended retail value is $1440 for in-person access (also including online access) and $900 for online-only access. Program fees will be reduced to $450 and $300 for our pilot program.
Full upfront payment is required before enrolment, with payment plans available upon request (additional fees may apply).
Our website details third-party rebates; however, you are responsible for pursuing them.
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The facilitator will record each program session to provide access to participants who cannot attend in person. The video will be of the presenter and the facilitator; however, the recording may capture participants’ verbal contributions and names. These recordings are only accessible to staff and current program participants and will be deleted six weeks after program completion.

Please see the Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling, privacy and security.
Who receives a copy of my Decoder Report?
The Decoder report is designed to assist doctors and hence requires their interpretation. For this reason, we do not send Decoder reports directly to you or any non-doctor health practitioner, even at your request.
RUBIX HEALTH will share your Decoder report with your referring doctor.
You can obtain a copy of the Decoder report from your doctor once it has been reviewed and discussed with you.
